product usage of our BD400 high temperature abrasion wear resistant welding ceramic liner epoxy bonding adhesives:
Used in the paste of wear resistant ceramic chip on the equipment of suffering from material erosive wear under 
the high temperature working condition of electric power, metallurgy, cement, mining and other industries,
or welding the bottom lining and seal of ceramic,or used in the bonding and sealing between metal and metal,
metal and other inorganic materials under other high temperature working condition.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Grinding or sand blasting to clean up the dust,greasy dirt and rust on the surface of adherend,
clean it by cleaning agent in the end.
 
2.Configure adhesives: Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the specified percentage(1000:15)
 
3.Using adhesives: Make the mixed-up adhesives spread coating on the surface of adherend uniformly.
 
4.Curing: Initial curing for 4-5 hours at the room temperature, fully curing for 2-5 days,or heat it up to the temperature of 80¡æ and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then heat up to the temperature of 
150 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours for curing, if the time is urgent,can use hot air to cure,it can be fully 
curing in half an hour at the temperature of 230 degree,if the product is not in a hurry to install,you had better place it for a period of time to  fully cure naturally.
 
Packaging specification:
Packed in a plastic drum, A component: 4.93Kg/drum, 4 drums/carton; B component:75g/bottle
 
transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 1 year. Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
